just bought mk2 16v gti 3 door 1986 anyone know which is the best forum ie mk2/golf forum

also after a mk2 1.8 16v engine conversion gearbox loom ecu etc

Club gti is good for info, the sale section isn't massive but well worth a look non the less

edition 38 has a good sale section but some people must be on crack when they are working out some of the pricing. Still worth a look tho on the off chance

for the diesel stuff the caddy forum used to be good for the odd bargain but its been a couple of years since I last had a real look at the sale section

Good luck finding a GTD conversion.

I remember when they used to be ten a penny, could pick a full conversion up for like £150 and full cars for conversions were little more. Guess that's not the case now?
