Hiya everyone, recently joint this to have a look at what other people have been doing to their cars and looking for bits people are selling so I can get my car up to a better standard. Not your typical girl to be honest, like getting my hands dirty and learning new bits on cars. At the weekend I'm best found at car meets instead of partying! I passed my test in April this year and mum insured me on her 1995 6n mk4 polo. Well always wanted to turn it into a project so after 6 months she is finally letting me with help from my boyfriend and a few mates. Gonna be a budget project as in the next year or so I'm looking into getting myself a cooper s :)

Only done a couple of small bits and done a full clean of the interior.

Seat removal

Debadge

De wipered

Changed the plate lights

Put the new bumper on

Changed the boot light and the interior light

Cleaned whole car

Removed mud flaps

Cleaned as much of the engine bay as possible.

Only started this on Saturday just gone had two afternoons to work on it.

Welcome new member. Hope you enjoy your stay like I have. There is some amazing peeps here who give good advice.

Instead of the disgusting standard polo bulbs, decided to buy some crisp new ones, actually looks like i have lights for once! lol.

With some help from the boyfriend, the green metal from underneath the seats is now covered and is starting to look better...

Got some new plates instead of the ones I have at the moment.

Need some lows! But Geoff was finally given a proper clean ready for winter!

Coilovers are coming soon aswell as some other bits, I won't be going to any meets until it's actually finished but luckily the meets aren't gonna be big again until next April so got a lot Of time!
