Mk1 golf 1.1 formel 5dr

Featured Replies

Hi guys, due to buying an Audi I couldn't really afford I need to sell my golf.

I bought her in the summer with a blown engine and have since fitted a 1.3 polo engine purchased off one of the club polo moderators. I have fitted a new cam belt, manifold gasket, oil, filters, plugs etc.

She starts and ticks over but needs a new rad fan and the fan, oil pressure and temp gauges need wiring up. To the best of my knowledge everything else works.

She looks solid underneath and I have welded up some rot on the front and rear valance along with a bit of rot on the corner of

...one of the doors. All areas have been repainted to match.

She has a mk1 gti interior, Wolfsburg 3 sp

3 spoke steering wheel, vdo gauges, coilovers, new bumpers, pressed plates etc.

She is still mot'd till April next year but is currently sornd.

I'm asking for £1000 firm. She can't be driven away due to no cooling and I would suggest a check around the brakes etc would be needed as she has been stood for 6 months ish.

Sorry about the shitty advert.....iPhone fail!
