Where are you?

By sender do you mean pump

I mean sender; drops in the tank. As far as I can tell there is no pump involved.

if its injection there's a pump in the tank too, yours on a carb ?

all mk2f's have lift pumps aswell as a fuel level sensor iirc

Number 2 is the one I'm after and it has the aforementioned part number:

Wasn't sure if it had a pump in it; I was just going to get one and see what I needed to do pump-wise afterwards.

no2 is a diesel lift pump from what i can see.

It is used on diesels, but not specific to diesels according to ETKA.

I do need it for a diesel, however.

my etka lists it for diesel eng, maybe you add more parts to it for petrol use who knows!
