Hey new to all of this so sorry if I seem like an idiot.

Just wonderuing if you can use the key fob to roll down the windows in a polo 9n? My friends corsa has this feature and while I said it was useless I do secretly want it :P

The polo is 5-door, front electric windows and has remote locking.

If you can roll the windows up/down with the key in the car door by holding it in the lock/unlock position, then your ECU can have the feature enabled.

If you have a laptop with a serial port, then there is an MS-DOS operating system you can use with a serial cable (about £7-12).

Otherwise there are single use plugs that you can use KVW100 or there are some other manufacturers apparently. I'm looking to do this myself on my 9n, so I'll keep you posted!
