Hi guys.

Up for sale here is a Mk2 'loon I only bought last weekend, with a view for a long term project with GT or G40 power.

However, circumstances have changed here, and it's gonna have to go I'm afraid.

121k on the clock, was fully serviced up to 80k. Head was fully rebuilt at 83k. No MOT, and I think the tax runs out soon.

It runs, though I'm told it's on a carb fron a 1l, so it doesn't run properly.

The exhaust blows, but it's the back box, and it just needs tightening up.

There's a scratch on the near side wing.

The roof is bleached. I find this pretty cool, and was just going to polish it up.

A little rust on the RHS of the scuttle panel, that will need something sorting.

No rear bench. I had sourced one, but have stopped speaking with the guy selling it.

Clutch feels low, may either need adjusting or a new one.

Apart from all that, it's a tidy one. It's solid underneath, the filler neck area is all good, so no worries regarding the fuel tank.

It does start and run, so it'll drive onto a trailer / recovery vehicle.

It fires up, turns over and idles fine. I've only run it for 5 minutes, so I've no actual idea in the long term.

I'm sure the correct carb would be easy to source.
