What type of music is everyone into?

I like indie bands, some rock, dubstep, drum and bass and trance!

I'm mainly into rock myself, some heavy/thrash metal, some drum n bass, some rap (Eminem, Dr.Dre, NWA)

80% of the stuff I listen to is pre 2000, I'm pretty old school when it comes to music.

I'm quite into rap aswell. Pre 2000 rap was the best to be honest!

Really into this song atm.

Thats a great song! I've been listening to butch clancey's remix of the funeral recently and skrillex ft damian marley - make it bun dem.

Quite like chilling dubstep.

I listen to all different to be fair!

Fav's are Arctic Monkeys, The Courteeners, The View, Kings of Leon, Jake Bugg, Paolo Nutini etc

Also listen to indie, chart music, a bit of everything! I'm an open gal ;)

Thats another good one logical!

I'll just leave this here. Such a great song!

Band of horses - the funeral (butch clancey remix)

Edited by -Chris

Krewella - Alive (pegboard nerd remix) - i've been feeling this for a while!

and Datsik - Scum.

Mainly rock/indie. Stuff like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Metallica, NoFX, Blink 182, Redtrack, Arctic Monkeys etc.

And without trying to sound pretentious/like a hipster, early dubstep. Skream, Caspa and Ruskos first stuff. Burial is incredible as well.
All this new 'brostep' stuff trying to be 'filthy' as possible just sounds like shite.

And the ones I'm embarrassed to admit: Taking Back Sunday, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco and other emo-punk-pop stuff.

But nothing will ever beat Daft Punk.

Daft punk are top notch however their most recent stuff has been pretty crap.

I am really in to trance aswell. Dash Berlin, Armin Vaan Buuren, Filo & perry etc

Yeah RAM wasn't a great album. I hated Get Lucky the first few times I heard it but it really grew on me, then the radio started playing it every 10 minutes and now I'm just sick of it.

Discovery is fantastic though, every single track on that album is just amazing.

I'm into the usual Oasis, Stereophonics, Stone Roses etc. and I'm a big fan of Maximo Park from my teenage years.

Nowadays, though, I'm really into Soul and Motown. So much so that I had a Soul show on a student radio station. Can't beat a bit of soul!

Mostly rock and metal for me! But recently I've been really getting into music from skrillex, pendulum and chase and status,

I'm not really fussy

<<<< BIG BIG fan of Hospital Records, which is a drum and bass label, I listen to a lot of DnB, House, Hardhouse, surprisingly not a lot of Dubstep because it's mostly just talentless knob turners making noise now, as opposed to stuff like Burial etc.

I also like Jazz, Hip Hop, a bit of rock and all the good bits inbetween :)

All sorts, from Johnny Cash to Black Sabbath to Tyler the Creator.

Seeing The Editors at Reading this year was really good, they were one of my favourite bands through school.

Fav this week

^^^^ Awsome

I'm can't say I'm not fussy, it's metal or nothing for me mostly (except maybe some more laid back stuff when I'm trying to concentrate on something that doesn't involve headbanging)

Mostly anything melodic metal, good tunes and proper vocals, not really into the growly/screamy stuff.

That said...this track is awesome

Also, it is my sacred duty to mention Machinae Supremacy in any music thread, brilliant Swedish band that play rock/metal mixed with electronic/chiptunes.

^^^^ Awsome

Man, soon as it starts it catches you. Track is well put together.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnM1lhL9tQA : redman - second lighter. really loving this tune at the minute.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXSAFqOI2-w : Hamilton - the way i feel. (For anyone who's into their hardcore, Hamilton is the DnB alias that Ham is known by, ie Brisk and Ham.)

edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hb9dK0WGW-g : Funtcase and cookie monsta - adrenaline (ft doctor p) - i couldnt post in here without throwing some dubstep in the mix!

yeah, I'm into all sorts of music... haha.
