newbie in need of help looking to get into the dub scene with a polo but unsure what model I have a a3 the now ( had its just had a tree fall ontop of it ) looking to get a polo of insurance money but really don't know what one to get any help ?? looking to get it done up big style and use it to start me off in vw meets and such

6n2 which is the square headlight version from 2000-2002. Personally I like the tdi version of this. Polo dunne for something different. Or maybe a lupo gti not a polo but still vw.

Well firstly you need to look at the shapes and see which one you like

They ALL have common problems some more then others.

Personally I'd go for 6n2 or above/later

yeah I like the 6n2 but what they like for speed not that I'm a boy racer but the audi is/was a 170 bhp

Well the GTI had highest bhp at 115/125 can't remember which

Without a conversion or work you won't have a lot of power in any polo

have you got any mods done to yours ? looking to buy a 6n2 in next few weeks and try get it done up then when more funds in account get upgrade to a gti

Go on my profile and go to my build thread and just flick through and look at the pics to get an idea of some things you can do its only a few pages long :) mine a diesel though not GTI but when the 1.4 TDI's are mapped they get 110bhp or close enough
