Well thought it about time to start the convoy thread since we are 'just' 6 months away from the show.

Are we going down a couple days early again as always and staying until the Monday?

So that would mean us getting there on the 18th June and leaving on the 23rd.

Thoughts, opinions, suggestions on what to do this year? Theme parks or something?

Will any of the noobies be joining us this year?

And the biggest question of all, do I take the GT or do I get the G40 on the road and take that?

I'll be going...my G40 is going aswell...you need to take the G40 Steven...it would be silly not to.

Not fussed about dates as i'll be off work anyhoo...can't wait...need to get my finger out sorting the G40.

Well I'm off from the 14th to the 25th so I'm easy with the dates too.

I'll try and get the G40 put back together and on the road, need to take it's engine out the GT first haha.

If you need a hand with the G40, Scott I'm more than willing to travel down one weekend and help.

What about doing this on the way home...

I've booked the time off work for this now, left it a bit late as we've got a full calendar but it's been approved so all good.

Car wise I do need to pull my finger out but I do think this is the year where my Golf gets a decent run.

I have head mounts and straps etc for my GoPro so I'm happy for anyone to use it.

I intend taking a few videos of the convoy down.

Hopefully i'll get started on the G40 for it's MOT in the next week or so...no new car until next year for me it seems

Looks like I'll be taking the GT - G40 conversion down this year, as the actual G40 won't be anywhere near ready in time for the show.

At least it will be the second show for the GT...just with a new heart.

It's got the heart from My G40 Chris.

The engine from the lefty is almost ready to be put into the G40 but I'm still going through the wiring, such a boring task.

not long to go now. not shore if i am going to make this. got a lot on this year and just not had time for the polo.
