I need help to identify why I am having water leaking in from these two squared cut outs you can see in the below pics

Water seem to be filling up and pouring into the footwell from te two square cut outs

Not sure why or how the water is getting there

it's most likely coming from the heater matrix inlet, which is in the top right of the dash, on the outside of the car under the plastic panel, there are drain holes that may be blocked causing water to re-route through the inlet, give that a check and clean out if necessary.

If its like mine its getting in through the inner door skin and running past the seal and collecting in the bottom of the door and then through the drain holes underneath the door in turn leaking in through the door seal into the footwell.
