Hello all. It's time I introduced myself. I'm Richard and I have a 98 Polo 6k, 1600 AEE, DCK gearbox. Actually it's a donor car. The recipient is a Goka buggy. The buggy originally has a Chinese licensed Suzuki 1100 engine (the engine you would find in a Suzuki Alto) producing an unexciting 51 BHP, hence the change. I chose the Polo engine for the relative simplicity of an 8v sohc and for the support you people give it, that and the fact I drive a Golf MK4 GT-TDI and am really impressed with VW. Right now I'm in the midst of the transplant. Welding/fabrication is my trade so engine mounts, exhausts etc are no problem but I am going to be leaning on you guys on wiring looms and gearbox stuff.
