Hi there, got myself a winter project for completion for the summer.

This is my first ever project and regrettably my first ever VW.

Thought i would post a few photos see what you guys think of this highly modified mk2 polo breadvan thats been converted into a pickup.

It's still got the original 1.3 in there at the moment, going to get it through its first MOT since the mods then get out in the summer and ask about a different engines. Not sure what will fit

Like I said this is my first project, never been to a meet! I'm near j26 and hear meet go on at MFN and IKEA car park but don't know any dates.

Need a target to get her on the road!

The wheels are something I've been scratching my head over. I am going to need new tyres to get her ticket,

So it's either re-wrap the BBS and I quite like the tucked look think it makes the arched look wider or looking at some project pictures before I got her and she had banded steels on

The wood cover isnt for me, would prefer it to be painted the same colour as the rest of the car. But thats me
