I am selling my red VW Golf 1.9 SDI.
This car has been a life saver for me as i have regularly commuted york-newcastle-leeds-york constantly over the past 6 months. It returns excellent MPG (about 55mpg) so long journeys are no problem.
The MOT is until mid September and the tax is until July.

There are a few minor issues:

*Rev counter and trip computer has finally stopped working but this is a common fault, i do have spare clocks for the car if someone wants to put the time in to do it but it hasn't bothered me.

*could do with a couple of tyres as tread is now low.

*coil pack light flashes and has done since I bought the car but hasn't bothered me in the slightest.

*Drivers window doesn't fully wind down, I'm guessing it has just come off the rail so a quick half hour job.

*Small amount of surface rust on near side front arch and boot handle.

All these faults are minor and can be fixed if they bother you but i have ran the car with these faults for 6 months and it hasn't changed since.

Hasn't missed a beat since i bought it, i performed an oil change, brake fluid change, regularly been topped up with water, oil and screenwash.

Done roughly 120,000 but these engines soldier on to over 200,000 sometimes even 300,000.

Can be viewed anytime, live central to York.
Plenty of life left in it.

Word to note, on a 6n2 the glow plug light flashing is the brake light switch being bust. Thought it worth a mention incase its the same
