Done a few things to it since. Lowered, alloys, wind deflectors and some other little bits! So it stands like this atm

Needs a good clean but the weather is sh*t lately!

Managed to properly fit all my wires in for my sub today thanks to the weather being decent! hopefully going for a bit of a boot build so will update that with pictures when it comes along!

might have noticed I have a dodgy mirror from the first few pics so picked one up from the scrappy and sprayed it up

So will get this fitted during the week!

Ordered GTI grill and fog inserts, HID 6000k and some cupholders to tidy the inside up as the one that in there is broke and glued up

Thats it until that all turns up!

Postman came today

I got messed around with the grill and they sent me a broken one and then the wrong one so some how I've ended up with 2 so i might black the badge on one of them?

Managed to fit it in between the showers the pictures aren't great but..

Fitted a new gaitor as well as the other one was ripped up and was a really tacky colour.

Also got a bit fed up with the standard stereo in there so I went to halfrauds and picked up a pioneer double din.. It's not the best but matches the lights on the inside and tidies it up a bit more

You can probably see my cupholders that been destroyed in that as well from the previous owner so going to fit the new one soon

Thanks mate, I've got one I did have it on but where I've put my wires in for my sub I took it off so it was easier to get to the back of it! It'll be back on once my subs wired up! :-)

Got a few more things done over the week and finally managed to put my new wing mirror on

Considering it was red its come up quite well and looks much better than the white one that was on as a replacement.

Put the cupholders in which tidies the inside up a little bit more! Just need to sort out my surround for the double din now

Then the postman came again! Delivered my lower grill and fog inserts which for second hand was in really good condition just need some fogs as the holes in the front look silly

So thats all I got done, the boot build is coming along just need to finsh the sides and find some material thats decent and looks alright! Then the HIDs will be in next week!

I've also debadged the back but haven't pictured it yet will get some decent photos soon only using the camera on my phone atm hence the poor quality!

But this is how she stands with a bit of an edit.

Not completely finished as it needs some fabric round it but got my boot build in! Also need a parcel shelf!

Gunna fill the gaps in down the side but sorting that when I get some fabric to wrap it in!

Thanks mate! Yeah it is, I've always liked the builds with just the speaker looks tidy!

It's bad news for my polo.. it cut out on me yesterday and I've been told my crankshaft sensor needs replacing

After this though I've got a few things planned for it.

• Finish the boot build
• New Seats (hopefully VR6 Leathers)
• GTI headlights
• GTI splitter
• Go lower!

What do you think? and any other suggestions?
