Mk1-3 >1994 coilovers KW

Featured Replies

Price: £400 (plus postage)

Collection preferred from Norfolk.

Right I have a set of KW coilovers for sale to fit an early polo.

Bought these for project Alison. However she's been on hold for a while. Need some suspension for my latest G40 purchase and wish to keep standard on this, so am selling the coilovers to pay for some koni dampers (is the plan).

I bought these off Andy of PPP. I started to refurb them. They have been blasted and cad plated. The springs have been powder coated white.

Could do with a set of dampers from KW ideally. The project never got this far, so I haven't outplayed on these yet.

Could also do with one spring top cap for the rear. One has ovalised slightly, from being run loose I should think.

I pressed the rear lower bushes out, however at present I am unable to find these. They were salvagable. I will have a good look for these at the weekend.

Need some work still and money, but these are £900 from KW.

Damper part numbers are:

I have too many wheels as is.

What size and offset out of interest?

offset on a standard polo steel is 18mm,

7.5 inch works out at 27mm and 8.5 works out at minus 14mm.

I thought it was more like ET38?

Diameter?

(Although sounds too wide for me).

These are top quality items! I have them on my G40 and well worth the £900 never mind this bargain price!

if you still have these next month il have them as I am down that end on a course
