bbq polo :)

Featured Replies

So I'm thinking about cutting in half a mk3 coupe and making it into a BBQ trailer with a built in BBQ in the boot area. Just want to know what you guys think about it. Opinions and tips welcome. Kind of like this but a bit different. :)

People usually use the rear half as storage but the use the fron/engine bay as a bbq pit. Good idea if the car is going scrap anyway

yeah I like the sound of that! but its a front end right off :(

Why not turn the back end into a "smoke house" and do hog roasts etc?

There was someone not that long ago IIRC who turned the front end of a steel blue mk2f into a BBQ, was on the FB page as well I believe. If hes still on here, hes the guy I'd want to talk to for any advice building it!
