VW Polo Coupe MK3

Featured Replies

Car has done 35500 miles.
Drives superb and well looked after.
Undersealed underneath. Originally blue but resprayed gun metal grey last year, and been changed in log book also. Body rust free.
Has 4-2-1 stainless manifold that is heat wrapped, also full straight trough stainless system, with power-flow back box at rear, small stainless tip to make it look authentic.
KN filter. 1.3 elbow. Gt rocker cover. Also had new radiator, new temp sensor and radiator bracket. Exchanged the heater blower unit as it did not work at all.
Replaced rear lights for tinted look ones, also replaced front head lamps and new indicators. Had a hole under where the battery sits, so cleaned and had that welded.
Gt interior, seats, door panels and roof lining.
Wiring for speakers was non existing so wired new with universal fit for most current head units. Replaced front dash speakers for Bose ones, 6x9 Vibe 150 Watt. All work flawlessly.
New discs and pads end of 2013, only done 500 miles since and has been standing.
Vacuum/ pressure pipe running from engine attached to boost gauge on dash.
New battery fitted.
I have all old paperwork from when it was brought. Claimed the tax back on it when stopped using it and I think MOT has ran out.
Bad point, the differential is not in the best of conditions as you can hear it when clutch is engaged, oil level is fine inside it, as have checked.

In additional all of the following included:
Aanother engine for from a donor cars which had roughly 69000 miles on it at the time, with gearbox, diff and clutch all still attached. Original air box and intake.
1.3 elbow and throttle body.
Wiring loom for polo with ECU, also additional headlights and rear lights with bulbs. Various bits like rocker cover, f3 style steering wheel with boss kit, spares from interior, basic polo fox clock. Plus two doors, left and right side although they are red. A boot lid, which the window was smashed by neighbor when they were having a party.
Two sets of alloys as shown. Black 5 spoke 165 tyres. Original e30 wheels 185 Kumo tyres, missing center caps though.
Various bits here and there all included.

Asking price £1500, as a lot more money went into the car. Feel free to text me with offer on any parts or car itself. All considered. No tie wasters though. 07445891815.

Located in Nottingham, sorry but wont let me upload photos, so please see link below. :)

Would you sell the spare doors separate? And maybe steering wheel ?

  • Author

Yeah sure. I'm not sure what kind of steering wheel it is but I paid about £30 quid on here for it last year, brought the boss kit separate. I would not be able to post though.

Do you think you could post them minus the glass? Could cover the postage?

Could post with the glass but with some bubble wrap? I don't mind I'll risk any dents?

Postage would be a lot though, they weigh a tonne dude. Drop me a text and we'll see what can be done..
