Evening guys, figured id stick a build thread up for my 6n2, had it a week now, heres a few pics of what I've done so far

How i picked it up

Then started the strip down for paint

smoothed door strips, front rub strip and tailgate aswell as de seamed under rear tail lights

Coilovers fitted and bullet steels

this weekend i changed the tyres on the front to 165 from 195 (why the previous chose them is beyond me) so they match now and i removed helpers to get the front down to match rear, also cut the tailpipe so its hidden

next is sharan rear badge then start on interior, anyway let me know what you think

Took the breadknife to it when i got home tonight and cut the bumpstops down, it is literally sat on them now springs may aswell not be in the front, cambered the front in to sit flush with arch, going to camber the rear to match front tommorrow then il get some pics up

Ta man, gti splitter to fit on Friday and the bullets are going so I can get these compo splits :)

If you're selling those bullets i may be interested. what are the specs on them?

Colour looks almost identical to haps old 6n2 that Randell now has

Colour is fairly different, looks alot more green

Bullets are going to local mate for his lupo, haven't seen haps polo so it have to have a look for his thread

Was hoping to start the interior this weekend but going to chassis notch and remove the arb as it's bloody annoying constantly rubbing

Just been offered a full working 6n2 gti for 300, possible engine conversion? What we thinking?

I'm still debating it, if I do that then it will turn into a full on project so just deciding what's the best route to take

Gti conversion can be done in a few days, may aswell!

Do it man worth that money and be worth the extra power :-) Nice car tho may get more pics of it up ha
