Five speed gearbox (085)

Featured Replies

I've got an 085 box here that i no longer need. It was working fine when removed and the oil has been drained with no swarf or nasty-things to be seen.

I'd like £75, collection for Colchester, Essex.

Thanks

You should see etched into the top of the belhousing flange a three letter code like here "DCT" you might have to clean the area and look closely to see them

48CECO7034- 774340

That's the code on the box, not sure exactly what that makes it.

It should only be a three letter code like in the second pic

still got this ? PM me :)

I'll come up and get it tomorrow if you can tell me either one of the following:

  • Gearbox code,
  • Engine code it came off, or
  • What size engine and year it came off (e.g. 1.4 8v 1997)

Cheers

It came off a 1.4 ABD, 1993 i believe.

The code on the box in the position shown on the diagram above is 48CECO7034- 774340

Thanks bud but that's the wrong year I'm after... Such a shame :/
