Hi guys n girls.

So in my other car my VW caddy my cigarette lighter socket won't work i know it's not the fuse as i have checked already also my cigarette lighter socket in the back seat also works.

any ideas?

I have this same problem in my 6n2. Rear works, front doesn't.

Is it an easy part to remove to repair/change?

It's pretty simple really.

Is there a live feed to it? Should have thought it will be feed with the ignition on.

Is there an earth to it?

Check it with a test lamp.

Is the fuse okay?

If yes to the above it's fucked.

I'd imagine it'll just pop out with the help of a friendly flat head screw driver, or Gary as I call mine.
