I've got two pairs of ETPLUS 4x100 hubcentric spacers, 20mm. Excellent quality, machined from alloy billet and anodised.

These go for silly money brand new, and I'm asking £50 per pair which is pretty cheap for what they are. Postage will be £3.

I have but I was planning on keeping them. I could let them go with the spacers for the right price though.
