Do you mean the strip that runs along the carpet, clamping it to the inner sill?

They aren't side specific.

Drivers or passengers will do, unfortunately most end up corroding and bubbling up as they are aluminium coated in plastic.

right may have a look at making a pair then as i only need one to put carpet back on the drivers side .
