As it says in the title. i have reciepts for most parts, runs sweet as a nut, can email over videos of it running. only covered 5000 ish miles since rebuild.

£650ono

rebuild included:

  • Big end bearings
  • Cylinders de-glazed and honed
  • VW conrod bolts
  • Piston rings
  • All valves polished
  • Valve stem oil seals
  • Hydraulic lifters
  • Obvious replacement of head gasket and heat bolts
  • Gates cambelt kit (with tensioners and idle pulleys)
  • New auxialry belt and tensioner
  • Air conditioning deletion with smaller power steering pump for less load
  • All bearings, rocker arms, and crank all checked for any wear
  • 4-1 stainless exhaust manifold with titanium heat wrap
  • Custom silicon air intake with K&N filter
  • Large bore silicone radiator hoses
  • Radiator is standard with manual fan
  • De-cat exhaust with 2 ¼” mild steel centre section & mild steel back box (not too loud, a nice balance between exhaust and engine notes)
  • Gear box has apparently had a rebuild at some point in its life, it does not leak oil although I always make sure that it is topped up. It goes into every gear fine no drama, and it has a fast road clutch in it although I cannot prove this

I also have a gti brake set up (everything you need), discs and pads have only done a few hundred miles. £80

Have also got the g60 calliper carriers for £40

The wheels in the picture are also for sale 15x8 et25 4x100, toyo proxes on the front and budgets on the rears, tyres have got loads of life left in them 195/50's all round, no curb marks, one wheel the paint is a bit thin but hardly noticeable £400ono

located in bournemouth

many thanks
