Ivorafaell's 1w tornado red coupe

Featured Replies

I meant to start this topic a long time ago, but with school and exams it's been put off for to long.

Model: Polo 86c (mk2f) coupe

Engine: 1.4D code 1W stock so far

Suspension: TA-Technix 60/40 kit

Wheels and Tyres: BBS RA 13 with 175/60/13 firestone tires

Interior: Stock with just a Golf mk2 steering wheel

Exterior: In the exterior I got the colour coded bumpers custom badge on the back and the VW badges painted black. also got a set of custom color coded centre caps for the wheels and a chrome strip on the bumpers. Also got the parking lights to work inside the blinkers, and the lip from the 6N polo

I have been thinking of buying a new set of wheels for it, but haven´t made my mine up about witch to get. Mainly I'm divided betewen the golf g60 steelies or the golf sebring from the rallye edition. or the BBS rj from the golf mk3.

so if you could give out your opinion on witch look bether do so :)

another thing a forgot to mention is that i'm from Portugal :)

so where go some photos to show the car as it's stands atm.

Awesome stuff!

Did this come as standard with the 1W? Bang a turbo on it and up the fuelling

what's it like to drive with a standard 1W in? Very nice example

Edited by prankstar2003

  • Author

yes it is standard to this car. in Portugal they where sold. the plan is to do exaclty that but need time. to drive standard it's not fast but good road manners and great mileage i get 58 mpg easy

Wow, that's pretty good economy

I look forward to updates

Looks really clean, I'd love a 1w diesel polo. The future plans sound great to keep them coming! Get your mate with the Mk1 polo on here too!

thats lovely mate! verey rare to find a diesel mk2f polo here in UK
