Paisley Freight Courier AVOID

Featured Replies

So i bought a new passengers side door for my bready and got it sent to my house via paisley freight, the door arrived and it was f***ed!! A huge dent in the side of it which even after i popped it out had so many small dents around it, the top of the door above where the glass goes was bashed in and so was the bottom of the door...so if you guys need something delivered by courier DO NOT USE PAISLEY FREIGHT. So pissed off. Rant over aha

I've used them for a pair of polo doors before and they were fine.

I've used them many times for various items and always spot on :) You must of just been unlucky, do you know it was in perfect condition prior to sending or were you just going on the sellers description??

I've used them probably 5 times, mostly for alloys but a couple other car parts too, i had pictures of the door before it was sent and also the metal where the paint has split off is still fresh and unrusted..They also never seem to be able to find my house and deliver late! Pretty gutted about the door as it was a colour match for my polo, gonna give the rattle cans a go on the current door and hope it turns out okay :)

Use them quite a bit, never had a problem, but I do go a bit nuts when packing stuff.

Was the door wrapped up?

was wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap, but i dont think it would have mattered what it was wrapped with the dent was massive :/

Have you claimed?

Tbh I've used them about 5 times now, every time but one they've collected the day after they were supposed to. But, the wheels/exhaust have always arrived no worries.

They don't insure car doors so I get nothing for it which sucks! Does anyone recommend any other couriers?

If you Google Paisley Freight the amount of bad feedback on car forums all over the net is unbelievable

True, but you can say that of any courier.

And you need to remember, good feedback rarely gets "all over the net".
