I appear to also have a 5 speed CEG box aswell as the 8p box.

It selects gears fine and appears to be in good condition.

It has CEG stamped on the top of the bellhousing flange.

£75 posted or £55 collected for this too.

Would either of these fit onto a mk2 golf 1300? I've heard that the 8P does.

EDIT: If so, I'll have it. The engine in the golf is HK code...

The 8p and CEG are pretty much the same, the 8p is potentially sold but the CEG will also fit.
