Mk3 polo gt track car. PRICE REDUCED

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have for sale my polo gt track car for sale. I have spent best part of two years building this up but now life has smacked me in the face and I think it's gotta go.

The car is my second car in my second garage. I have spent a lot of money on this. I will NOT be breaking so please don't ask. If the car doesn't sell I will just leave it where it is.

Good bits

Polished and ported head

Brand new ht leads

4 brand with up rated exhaust, de cat in to g40 back box giving it an almost standard tick over but a real rasp ( not chavy drone ) at higher revs

Ecu chip to rev higher

Cam, not sure on profile but perfect for car

Pipercross induction kit

Inside

Fully stripped with grip tape matts

Flocked dash

Updated clock faces with red dials

Very rare recaro seats

4 point bolt in roll cage. This is NOT a safety

devices cage

Spare wheel well removed and plate welded

4 point harnesses

Small 280mm steering wheel and boss

Polycarb windows throughout excluding windscreen and drivers window.

Fire extinguisher

Rear strut brace

Large fish eye rear view mirror( sounds gay) works awesome

Outside

Full respray a few years ago so polishes up really well.

Frenched tailgate with boot pop re sprayed last month due to cracks

Stick on number plates ( front is tiny for air holes in bumper )

13 x.8 wellers in black with red Yoki stickers

Yoki a3( can't remember rest! ) sticky tires. Fronts are brand new

25mm hub centric spacers out back

G40 brakes and grooved discs

Polybushed

GED lower front brace

Boxing welded in to strengthen chassis leg

Top strut brace

Lower strut brace

Tiny race mirrors

Brand new front bumper ( old one faded )

E30 bumper vent in place of fog light

Reversed gt badge

De badged grill

Aero wipers

Rivet on arch extensions to cover wheels

Bad bits

Not much really, it's stripped so it rattles and bangs a lot. It has some war wounds underneath where its so low but other then that she's great. Starts on the button, ticks over well, heats up right, fans kick in when they should.

Please note, this car is low, wide, hard and has NO creature comforts ( except heater ) so you would be very brace to have this as a daily ( or just more hardcore then me as I'm getting old )

To re cap, this thing is very quick for what it is, running approx 90-100bhp in a car this stiff and only weighing around 800kg makes for big grins.

12 months ticket

6 months tax

£1500

Please no silly offers.

Cheers, Craig
