It usually takes an hour of hard driving for the clutch pedal to feel tight/hard.

I noticed the last few weeks, after ten minutes of driving it feels hard, like if there is something pulling on the other end of the cable.

Sometimes I feel like a cramp feeling in my foot lol.

Is that indication of clutch wearing out or indication of cable about to snap?

Depending on model always start of by looking at pedal box to make sure it isn't broken as this is a common fault on some models. Be honest with you a tight pedal is usually an indication of the clutch on way out. If clutch is cable type rather than hydraulic disconnect the cable on gearbox end and see if the pedal becomes light and smooth. If so definitely your clutch. Yes prolonged use like this will distress the cable or hydraulics

Yeah because the clutch is fine when you start cold drive. It's after some use it's getting stiff.

If the pedal box was broke it would be crappy from beginning?

We'll look kit sounds like you're clutch. Stiff clutch pedal nearly always is. Only time I've seen something else is where the cable was leaning on exhaust down pipe and had partially melted. This however is not possible on a 6N. Clutch is easy to do (easy for me to say using ramps and power tools- none the less by clutch standards it can't get much easier). What happens is clutch dust goes into either the cover springs or onto the output shaft and makes the operation of the release bearing very notchy and can be extremely heavy. A clutch supplied and fitted on one of those if you don't want to dabble yourself will be in the region of £300 if not a little less

You'll probably want to change the cable anyway if you end up fitting a new clutch, so why not replace that first and see if it solves your problem.

Been happy with Pagid brakes, but have only used Gemo cables myself.

Got a feeling it is both so I am buying the cable and a Helix clutch as I am booking my car at Boggs next month for carb conversion.

1) Is going higher on BHP a good think to buy a a road version of the Helix or will I not notice a thing if I bought a OEM clutch.

Just took a picture of I think is clutch cable. The metal bar seems twisted. Is it supposed to be like this? Also the the cable what's attaching to it seems a bit loose.

Right, I got the new clutch and new clutch cable fitted (pagid cable - doesn't seem good as the genuine spring version btw wish I bought that now)

Obviously new clutch needs bedding in. It has quite a sharp biting point.
