Hi Guys

I'm a newbie, but I paid the membership because I wanted the sticker

I've recently aquired a 93 Polo Genesis in green for the princely sum of £260 and I love it! So, what do you get for that little scratch? A pretty straight rot free car with faded paint, a peugeot stereo, a non-working passenger side front speaker and whole array of keys - oh, and a pretty scary oil leak....

So priority one is to fix the leak and then deal with the aesthetics and go from there...

I'm no stranger to spanner weilding having restored a 1971 Morris Minor Traveller which had been rotting away in a field for 20 years so I'm hopinf that I should be able to deal with the oil leak without too many difficulties.

In the past I've played with my ex's Bay window camper and beetle and a mk2 golf driver too amongst some other non-vw cars

anyways, hello peeps 8>T
