Whenever I do my right hand window up it slows down a lot and stops and then goes down on it's own acord also the passenger side window can't go down when operated from the drivers side what do I do

Most likely your window regulator needs replacing. You can pick them up for around £20 new off eBay, or look at someone whose breaking their car. Make sure it is for your exact model eg, number of doors.

Fitting it will require you to take the door card off which you find how to in a Haynes manual.

As above for the drivers door, the passenger side if it operates normally from it's own switch? You either have a duff switch in the drivers door or a very common fault is the wiring in the flexy tube between the door and car, the wires snap due to the drivers door being open/closed more frequently
