1992 1300 POLO GT

Just out of MOT taxed till end of sept.

Owned this polo for nearly a year n it’s been a pleasure, it’s far from standard having lowered suspension, full G40 interior (small hole on drivers bolster, see picture) with individual modified flower door cards, and loads of eng mods including induction kit, 8k chip and stainless exhaust with individual tail pipe. I bought it pretty much as it is, all I’ve done is service it, put the standard gt steering wheel on it and added the G40 bbs wheel (although its only on 2 of these at the min due to bald tyres and lack of funds, will come with all 4 bbs rims!) Comes with a file full of history and receipts to prove all mods done properly. It’s covered 158k but engine and box still feel tight and it goes like a rocket, well for 1.3! I’ve used this polo as my daily for the last 10 months doing a 30 mile a day commute and regular trips to Nottingham and it’s never let me down. Unfortunately there is some slight front end damage but it is minor see pictures. Also the exhaust is blowing, think this is manifold to down pipe gasket, had to disturb this to fit manifold gaskets a couple of months ago, it started to blow not long after that. Only selling due to being donated a fabia and just not having the time or funds to sort or run 2 cars! Will be sorry to see it go really, but needs must.

This is far too good to scrap, but will need some bits of work for MOT.

450 pound ovno

Engine, gearbox, wheels and interior are worth more than that but it’s too good to break.

pics to follow or can be sent at request!
