Hello everyone,

I'm an American living in the Czech Republic, happy to have found you as negotiating the Czech language is a bit daunting and at any rate happy to be amongst fellow Polo drivers!

I have a 1997 6N1 left hand drive diesel with 225,000 Km on it and would love to try to get this very cute car into good enough shape that I feel confident and safe to drive the wife and kiddies around in. Hope to find some good tips as the mechanics around here have been not very helpful, and I need to find out what it takes to get the old gal back into gear and everyone happy.
