hello I have a 1.3gt engine set up on carbs with a 5 speed gt box, everything there for a conversion, alternator, starter motor, various carbs, manifolds, electronic ignition, dizzy, drive shafts, gear selector remote etc everything there to do the conversion on carbs, i bought it from a guy who was going to put it in a mk1 polo but ended up selling everything because he was moving and didnt have the space, he took the engine apart and replaced all stem seals and head gasket and relapped all the valves in whilst changing the stem seals and put a new cambelt and water pump on it, i do believe it had roughly 70k on it when he had it. located in Nuneaton anyone interested please text me on 07702577802

in reply to your rude text i am not a time waster.i simple asked if it was 1 carb or 4. as this makes a huge diffence. your advert states (on carbs) as with the norm with these engines you can be forgiven for thinking this means bike carbs i.e 4 carbs. as a result its only got 1 carb. and the only reason i can see to put a ball ache of a pierburg on a gt block would be cost and cost alone either that or its converted for the days before bike carbs were the thing and they didnt want to use injection?. although this can be changed and is not an issue like all people id like to know what I'm buying hence why iasked for photos/information/questions. but if its this must trouble to try find out what your potentialy traveling miles to buy I'm not interested.....good luck and be nicer to your next potential customer, remember manners dont cost a thing

You never asked about distance and I said it was on a single carb twice, you said in a text that it doesn't seem right thus implying I'm not genuine and saying the only reason I have more than 1 carb is because there horrible when one has a bigger throttle opening. I find it amazing you accused me of being rude because I said dont imply I'm not genuine because you said it doesn't seem right, please if you want to be childish then don't do it on my posts.
