Polo loon 1.9tdi

Featured Replies

Vw polo 1.9 tdi 90bhp (alh)

Fsh

Out of MOT (will be MOT prior to sale)

Taxed till end of November

H & R lowering springs

HID's (not fitted)

Side exit straight through

Porsche boxter wheels with adaptors

BAD POINTS..

Not boosting at the moment. The wastegate isn't closing. I believe it to be a sensor wired up wrong. Small job. Bonnet is a bit 'ratted'.

Laquer peel on the roof and bonnet, not much though.

Better write up.
PRICE DROP!!! £600
Here for sale I have my polo saloon 1.9tdi (alh 90bhp)
72,000 miles genuine fsh
It comes with 12 months mot and is taxed until the end of November.
This car is extremely frugal I do a daily round trip of 30 miles town and A road driving and will only is around £4 of fuel!!!
Cheap on tax and insurance
EGR blank
It is currently sat on some Porsche boxter (with adaptors, not cheap) wheels however I would advice it needs new tyres. I do have a 2 spare tyres for it I will throw in for free.
It is lowered on h&r lowering springs.
I've recently spent a small fortune on this. I bought new front discs for it as it was an advisory on the MOT however I'm yet to fit them. Also had it's front wheels bearings done.
The car also comes with an Hid kit, not fitted.
As well as this it had a straight through exhaust which makes an awesome cooing noise when boosting.

Bad points..
Even though the car has a brand new battery it randomly dies when the car is left over a few days. Only started doing it when I removed the radio/CD player. Also could be the amp cable as it's still all wired up. Will try and sort it out if I have the time.
It's currently got a boosting issue. The turbo and actuator is fine. After a few trial and error attempts I have pinpointed the problem which is the n239 valve/senso (£30). It may even be the wiring in the sensor as there seems to be a loose connection, il play around with it on my next day off and try and rectify the problem. I've redone all the vacuum pipes incase it was boost leak. The car boosts for a few minutes when started up then just stops, easy fix though.
Few age related marks. Not to bad for an old polo. Bonnet is what I would consider tatty
The car is for sale for £600 with the wheels which is a bargain of you think the wheels/adaptors are worth £400 all day long. I may even be willing to sell the car without the wheels for a much cheaper price. Been honest as possible as your not going to get a perfect car in this price range. May listen to offers but nothing silly. Also interested in swaps after BMW e36/46 WHY
Will get better pics soon
Please feel free to text with any queries or offers and il try and text back ASAP.
