Hi, wondering if anyone could help me with my mk3 polo.

Basically the other day I was driving about when I heard something go bang. Immediately after, the steering became really light and the car started pulling itself to the right when accelerating and left when you lift off of the accelerator. Under braking the car pulls it self suddenly to the right.

Could anyone give me any idea of what it could be?

could be one of the tie rod end ball joins, have a look they join just below the springs

if i had to guess id say snapped spring

regardless , jack it up safely and both wheels off and have a really good look over it all before you crash
