MK1 Caddy Pickup 1.8t

Hey guys, some of you may have seen my build thread on here and see that I have only had the truck for a few months and i absolutely love the beast.
Due to a change in both work and family commitments i need something more 'sensible' or certainly something with more than 2 seats!
Unfortunately I cannot afford to run 2 cars so something has to give and very very reluctantly, it's the caddy

Facts:

1989 MK1 Caddy Pick-Up
Originally 1.6d but converted to 1.8t by previous owner around 150bhp but never been rolling-roaded
Clocks read 92K but from the info i have gathered the shell is around 130k and engine 60k before the conversion which was about 8k ago
Tax: Feb 15
MOT: SEPT 15, Yes that's right, fresh MOT last week! Truck required some welding for MOT, i had the underside fully checked out and got them to do a further £500 worth of welding to ensure no future issues. Sills need brushing and treating but there is no major rot about now!
Also had TREs and steering gaitors for MOT and then a noisy CV Joint replaced at the same time.

Engine:

1.8T EBU Engine Code, converted to cable throttle
Custom Intercooler
K03 Hybrid Turbo
K&N Air Filter (could do with a clean tbh, may get around to this soon)
There are a few minor bits that need finishing on the conversion but they never bothered me. Needs a convertor box to get the rev counter working and needs the coolant temp sensor wiring up to the clock

Brakes and Suspension:

VWII calipers and carriers
Vented GTI Disks and pads *i think, will double check this one*
Front Suspension on lowered shocks and springs
Rear suspension is Peugeot 206 Torsion Bar with 20mm PCD convertors. This has its pros and cons. it means the rear isn't bouncy and truck handles great but the camber is a bit much, for me anyway, may be easily fixable just not looked too much into this. To do the conversion a few holes were cut in the bed to access bolts and such.

Body and Interior

Aluminium check plate bed liner, very well made, looks nice but quite heavy - is a 2man lift to get in and out
Paint is in good condition, rear arches need rolling though!
Currently sat on 13" MK1 Tarantulas with good tread.
Air Horn
Rear bulkhead has been carpeted in black
White LED bulbs in clocks
Small discreet 12v stereo fitted in lower dash
Do have an original tailgate with it, needs a blow over with filler and paint but not badly bowed!
New Heater blower

Extras
If i get asking price for it i will chuck in all of the following spares i have collected with the truck:

MK4 Polo Dash complete, ready for conversion
Steering wheel, in need of boss though
Bully Net
ARB with mountings - came with when i bought it but not clever enough to figure out where it's supposed to mount

Am asking for £4K i have got about 6 months before i desperately need the extra seats so not a huge rush at the moment.
Will consider PX but need a bit of cash my way so nothing more expensive than mine!
Looking for something VAG, TDI or similar
