I need a windscreen for my mk2f as it has a massive crack in it so it will fail it's MOT. Does anyone know a nice cheap company to replace it? Or anywhere that will sell me a brand new windscreen?

Autoglass. or get a decent second hand one off a polo thats being broken

I've called up autoglass but my insurance won't cover the damage so I was quoted £180! I reckon that's what I'll have to do. Ideally I'd like to get a brand new one but they probably don't exist anymore!

paid £70 iirc for mine in spring to give you an idea , they wanted another £60 to fit it , but i diy'd it

that was for green tinted...clear was £60

think it was silvershield that supplied it ,they even delivered

pretty easy to fit ...just need some rope and lube , i also got new seal off ebay for about £25
