Do I have to remove front bumper to remove headlights,tried to replace bulb, old one out ok but new one will not stay jn place,....thanks in advance

I'm guessing it's a 9n (bug eye type), so you will need to put the bulb in the same way the old one came out. There is a little tab on the bulb and a tab on the holder that need to line up. Then as you turn the holder, use 2 fingers to push the edges of the holder in as you turn it.

Thos headlights are a pita, a simple job that's supposed to take 10 minutes takes a good few hours. You would be surprised at how many people go to garages with the new bulb in hand and in the same boat as you.
