Breaking Mercato Blue 6KV TDI

Featured Replies

My brother's had a bump in his 6k so we're having to break it. It's too far gone.

Prices are a guide. Offers invited. ;)

Would probably sell the car whole for ~£300 - would have to wait for insurance to sort everything out though.

Engine is a 90bhp TDI (code AGR) should be ok all damage was on gearbox side, but cant turn it over as battery connections were damaged. Need to stick another battery on it.

Mileage is 126k - cambelt was done at 100k (5 year/100k interval)

what's available at the moment

Towbar - £50 recently had new electrics on it.

Pair of electric heated stubby mirrors in black (not painted, just black plastic) £60 Drivers side was bought new from germany last year.

Black door handles/boot plinth (no locks -we'll need to keep em) £25

Black seats from mk3 golf gti - Fronts went straight in. Sit a lot lower than the standard seats. For the rear bench I used the metal bits from the polo and the foam and fabric from the golf - not a perfect fit but it works! £50 (look grey in the pics but they are black)

Cup holder panel £15

black carpet/lower dash/doorcards/dark grey trim panels; £offers

Wheels - see separate thread in wheels section 1 2

The car is located in Bury - can post smaller items.

I need gearbox. Pm me

The gearbox area is where all the damage is - I had to cut through one of the driveshafts to get the car mobile. It might be ok, won't know 'til I take it out

Besides - it's a 1.9 TDI engine so the gearbox won't fit a 6n (assuming that's what you want it for)
