Thought you might like to see some pics of my 1988 Polo comet that I've recently recommissoned :-)

It had been stored in a garage off the road for the last 12 years,and has only done 49k from new,and came with a fully stamped service book as well :-)

only needed service items really and a pair of front shock inserts and it flew through the mot.

Has anyone else heard of or seen another comet?

trying to find out more about it and haven't had any success yet!

never heard of those either ...does it have any special add on's apart from the stickers?

sunroof,door handle trims,stickers,red striping to grill,bumper and hubcaps,cassette player,coin holder,think thats it really!
