I've bought a set of evo 8 recaros and want to put then in my polo but have no idea how I remove the original seats from my polo?

Slide the seats forward, and unclip the plastic trims on the centre tunnel & the end stops on the seat track, then slide them rearwards and in the centre you will see a nut & bolt, remove this, then the seat can be slid fully rearwards and it will come out of the tracks
