    What I've done in the past is remove the sleeve covering the bolt and hammer on a 12mm 12 point socket. They are a perfect fit and work everytime. As for replacing the bolts you can get rebuild kits

Hi chaps, sorry to bring this back from the dead but thought I'd update you, kit I got was perfect, even came with silicone grease, which was fun!

In the end mole grips wouldnt work, but the 12mm 12point socket trick worked wonderfully, 3 of the 4 bolts were chewed out and really tight, only one came out with the allen key and even that was only just, thanks for all your help from everyone :D
