If they are the separate carrier type then I would assume they would. I have a set of 312 carriers and callipers which I won on eBay but no longer have interest in. It listed polo and golf in the description, so I would imagine they would fit. They were off a scirocco r which uses golf hubs and discs, and the polo hubs are not far off the golf.

Maybe someone with a little more experience in this area will clarify but if your interested give me a shout.
