MK2/2f Black Headlining and sun visors + saloon boot spoiler

Featured Replies

Looking for the above from a non-sunroof model. Preferably a coupe (not sure if they did it in other models). I need all clips, A, B (these are prone to cracking, so unbroken ones only please) and C trims too. No rips or tears and all hangers in place please. Sun visors must stay in the up position and not fall down.

Also looking for a saloon boot spoiler, standard would be fine unless people have anything tasty

Thanks, and have a merry Xmas

I got a pillar black lining.

Just the A pillars?

Yeah because the rest was white headlining :/

I see. I'll bare it in mind, hoping to get it all from one place you see. Thanks

I was reading earlier in the build section about making their own. Not sure how to do the loops for the hangers though.

On taking them out, mine was a doddle. Though I've found many are already ripped or torn. I'll look into it though, thanks.

2runs under a sewing machine in the correct place is all thats required.

I'd be fucked then! I know people who can sew however. Gives me a range of colour choices too I suppose

lol find a tailoring shop, as long as they have a sewing machine, it will take longer to mark out !

A place that does altering to clothing, trousers, suits, dresses ect,

Oh I see, they'd do it would they? I have someone who's made curtains for me before, so I'm sure she could do it

dont see why not,

As long as they can use a sewing machine, it doesnt get much easier than 2 strait lines.

Does for a spaz like me!

All you got todo is take it to the shop.. lol

I still remember admiring the desire to paint your car.. What ever happened?

I can get it too shop no qualms!

Regarding the paint, it got finished but it wasnt good at all and the paint still bubbled on some panels. I thought I'd dealt with the contamination but obviously not. I bought a house the same year so the car was put on hold. I'm in the process of having a garage built to house the car so I can get back to the work on the motor. I'm going to have it sprayed professionally eventually but it won't be for a while as the house is a massive ongoing project too. Needs a full renovation too. Man likes a project
