Can I get xenon ones for them?

You can get HID's but as your lights have no projectors or headlamp washers or auto adjusters they will be illegal/MOT fail and blind oncoming road users due to no beam pattern.

Personally either buy the gti Lamps or try different bulbs like the 70-110% brighter ones that halfrauds/osram etc etc sell.

You can fit the HID's and just drive with them as many do, all depends how strict your local bobbys are
