Hi Folks, I regularly remove the rubbers that fit into the gutter channels to fit a bike rack on the roof of my 6n. As a consequence they're now a little worse for wear, and never fit back properly. I'm sure I've read that 6n2 channels fit? are they painted? what sort of a job is it to swap them? cheers, john.

They are a straight fit, just pull your rubber ones off and they will clip into place, the only thing you'll notice is at the windscreen end, they are made for the square ended 6N2 screen, so if you have a 6N1 screen with the rounded corners you'll have a small gap, but the strips are in body colour or black so you could paint to suit unless you find some in your colour
