Wheels on and cut the front springs down 2 coils.

I bought some zender turbo wheels and had them powdercoated chrome and then fitted the air, sorry I haven't updated I forgot I made a thread haha

I then bought a wolfsburg steering wheel from a local seller, I think it looks quite good in a mk2 interior

Then in summer  2015 I started prepping the car for a respray and had a friend do the welding/bodywork and had it painted by www.giddycampers.co.uk

Glad your updating again. Did look bloody awesome on those wheels :) 

 

Would you like me to move this in mk2 build threads so it's easy to locate?

I was very happy with the respray, I decided to keep the originality of the car and have the front stratos blue metallic and have the rear in diamond silver metallic

A few days after my back box decided to fall off so I decided to get a full custom stainless system made up at top gear in Bredbury/Stockport, I was very pleased with their work/price.sounds awesome now!

I then put the car into winter mode and put the steelies and roof bars on haha

Thought I'd treat the polo to some new seats, the glencheck ones ended up going to a good home

I mounted them onto modded GT rails, welded two bars across the rails and bolted the seats straight to them(my mum says they look like the kkk lol)

Took out the back seats and made a false floor, cheers to Rhys and Simon for making it for me, still not layed down carpet for it, money is setting me back at the moment, and also have a new sub instead of the crappy halfords one haha

Had the zenders refurbed and took the polo to Dubfreeze 2016, the polo had a fair bit of attention, cleans up well for an old girl.

Decided to remove the front bumper and relocate the Indicators into the grille

Bought myself an AFH in November, slowly been gathering the parts for the swap, so far have cbr600 carbs, an Inlet manifold and a fuel pump

Akso forgot that I purchased a bubblecar quad square lamp grille, will be painting it black and fitting it this week or next
