so at the weekend i hooked up an intercooler setup for the eaton in my mk2.

however i realized afterwards that i had totally forgot about the IAT sensor! which as standard fits into a mount in the top black plastic boost hose.

so whats the crack with relocating it into an alloy boost hose or anywhere else for that matter?

I saw weld on fittings on eBay for this job last week - searched "polo g40" and sifted through piles of irrelevant shite looking for goodies.

I'm assuming you meant for the CO potentiometer?
