6n Polo Hybrid Bumper Mould

Featured Replies

Clearing out my loft and found the mould from the 6n / 6n2 hybrid bumpers i had commissioned a few years back.

The front bumper uses 6n top half and 6n2 lower half. It has a GTi lower spoiler as part of the mould.

This is how the bumpers look when trimmed fresh from the mould

And one of the bumpers fitted up with standard honeycomb grilles

I had the mould made at great expense to allow single piece fibreglass bumpers to be produced. I only ever had 10 bumpers made to keep exclusive (this was a few years back) so its good for a load more yet.

The mould itself:

Just to recap this is for the mould only to allow you to make / get a company to make the bumpers. Bumpers can be reproduced for around £100- £150 a pop if you get a company to do them. To make the mould costs in excess of £600 due to the time it takes.

£100 collection only from Maidstone Kent.

I'm not on here that much any more so more likely to get me by email philpott.ashley@sky.com
