Getting a orginal service book

has anyone done this before?

I didn't get the service book with my car (the history i'm not bothered about)

I just want a fresh book with the car's "sticker" inside the front cover?

I asked TPS and they said they couldn't supply it, straight to VW direct i'm guessing?

you should be able to order a plain service book , dont think you will get the sticker in it though
